  Dog Barking Problems

Solve all your dog's barking problems quickly and easily

Do you really want to stop him barking completely, or would you prefer to control his barking to appropriate times and occasions?

One of your dog's most valuable qualities is his ability to warn and protect the family and property against any uninvited and unwanted visitors - and he can do that whether he's a Pomeranion or a Great Dane! This is much too valuable an asset to lose by making your friend afraid to bark at all, or worse still, unable to bark at all.

The Answer is - TRAINING!  It's quick and easy (with the right methods) to train your dog to know when it is a good thing to bark and when it is definitely not. Apply these advanced techniques so that your dog knows when and where it’s appropriate to bark.

There can be many reasons why your dog barks or whines all day long (or worse still, all night long) -

  • He may be bored and lonely - is he left alone, in the house or the yard for long periods at a time? His barking problems may be saying, "Is anybody out there?"

  • He may be picking up sights and sounds which he sees as a danger - is there much traffic past the house, with noisy passers-by? Do you have noisy neighbors who provoke your dog by yelling at him to be quiet?

  • He may be suffering from separation anxiety - particularly if he is a young dog or a rescue dog from a shelter. Dogs in a shelter bark incessantly and his barking problem may be just a habit he aquired while he was there.

  • He may be in pain - whining and whimpering may mean that your friend is trying to tell you he is not feeling well.

  • He may be hungry or thirsty - if you have to leave your dog alone for long periods, make sure he has food and water to last him until you get home.

  •  Does he have a place where he feels safe and secure? - have you considered a crate, which your dog or puppy can regard as his "den"?

The Trouble is, all these scenarios require a different approach. FREE 6 Day Mini Course
